mommys help!!! i have a lower back pain...that goes from my back to my belly.....its making me nauseas and baby wont stop moving....TMI i have diarrhea and vomit as well... my friends say it could be contractions but im not feeling any braxton hicks.... just back pain towards my belly... i dont know what to do...

Go to the hospital. It sounds like it could be contractions caused by a stomach virus. But better to go to the hospital and find out!
could just be Braxton hicks. they can be painful.. panicking will not help those! call a nurse or you dr!

yes. sounds like contractions. mine are in my back as well because baby is positioned more towards my spine
