If you don't have any of those you can take a mint or gum with mint flavor
Lemon slices saved me. Like just slicing or cutting a lemon into fourths and either putting it in water or just biting straight into it. When I got really nauseous I would just bite into it and voila, no more nausea
i carry mint gum or mints all the time, but tea and lemon slices sound good too
