what does it feel like when baby kicks? I've been having like pinching in different parts of my stomach today and they only last a second.

Oh you'll know :) just wait till you can feel the baby from the inside and out. It's awesome... Till about 30 weeks... For me it felt like little bubbles popping. Get a fetal Doppler in your early stages so you can have your SO hear the movements and the heartbeat.
