Found this online.... In pregnant women, hormones cause changes in the urinary tract, which predispose women to infections. In addition, a growing uterus presses on the bladder, preventing the complete emptying of urine. This stagnant urineis a likely source of infection. Untreated, these infections may lead to kidney infections.

My I have had two and my Dr told me if I get a third one I will be on antibiotics the rest of my pregnancy

I use to get them with my other kids, thank God I haven't gotten any this pregnancy, or yeast infection.. those really suck

All I drink is water and every great while I'll have a Dr Pepper when I go out to eat.

it seriously could be your diet..

its not from being clean or dirty..... it has to do with your kidneys and bladder.
