Can a 3 week old laugh

@laurapurcell, my daughter is already doing so much it's so crazy how different each baby is! She smiles constantly rolls on her sides she's drivin me crazy lol!

my son will be three months in ten days and he grins.

I was told most emotions like smiling and laughing are reflexes before 3months. After 3 months it is deliberate and they can control 😊
