Hello All! I just found out I am 4 weeks pregnant. First hcg was 175, second two days later 365. Went in for ultrasound today due to cramping and they only saw gestational sac. Is this common? Also, the radiologist said there was a cyst on my ovary and free fluid and briefly mentioned ectopic pregnancy since he hasn't seen fetal pole yet. I am very worried. Any advice?

I was told by my doctor that your ovaries should have cysts early in pregnancy because it's basically where nutrients come from. My doctor told me I had two cysts because I ovulated twice and that they would except anyone at 4-5 weeks to have that. They should be able to tell if you're having an ectopic pregnancy by where the gestational sac is located. I wouldn't worry yourself too much:)
You are still early. I got my first ultrasound at 12 weeks. Praying ever is fine 😊
at 4 weeks thats all they will see. at 5 or 6 weeks if they do a vag sono then they might see more but still hard to. your levels are goin up which is a good sign. try not to stress
My gestational sac was inside my uterus, and yet he still talked about ectopic. Maybe he just doesn't know what he is talking about 😊
