Mine was gonna induce me with my son at 41 weeks if he didn't come an he came at 40 weeks

They induced me 10 days after my due date.

I'm due Monday and she said if he doesn't come out by then, then she will induce me on Tuesday

My OB said no earlier than 40 but no later than 42.

My doc said we are gonna start talking about induction at 39 weeks because after 41 is higher chance for still births

mine waited to 42 weeks and an nst is just hooked up to the monitor to watch contractions, heart rate and movements
