Just don't talk about it anymore and if they do bring it up say "I'd rather not discuss my son's penis right now."

@abigailmb02, I'm not circulating either after researching it. there's not that big of a difference in infection rates & most countries do not do it!

^easier said than done but I'd refuse to engage anymore.

my fiance isn't cut, doesn't get infections and it's never been an issue between us. like who cares???

thankyou that's what I'm saying, if there born with it obviously nothing's really bad that's going to happen. it's just the culture now that highly recommends doing it but I'm not going to be apart of that @emily18234

Only reason I am if I have a boy is because my little brother isn't and he's 20 and planning on getting the surgery next month. Says he was bullied in high school football practice about it and it makes him uncomfortable. It's ultimately your decision just like everything else is that everyone wants to have input in. I had my first done, totally regret it. My almost 2 week old is intact and we haven't had any problems.

And I got shit for it from my sister, mom and in laws. My husband left the choice to me since I went through hell and back to carry and birth him. I brush it off. Mom kept telling him to pull the skin back and clean around it and I bought flipped so I ended up saying 'the nurse' said never retract as its fused so I wouldn't come across as a bitch about it. It worries me having other people change him.

I have two boys not circumcised and another about to not either ,my first was born underweight so they wanted him to gain some before the procedure my mom ended up changing my mind about him getting it because of the risk and because he could stop eating etc after the nip is done so after that my second one didn't get it because my first one didn't either and I don't want my boys be mad at me because one got it and not the other one when they grow up , but other than that most people get it because it looks better that's all

oo I didn't know they can stop eating and exactly I don't think it really makes a difference. my husband is supporting me more about it now which was the only reason I was debating on it but I'm definitely not doing it now with his approval @nabi221
