I'm sorry you're dealing with this if this is what it is. It's good to sit down when putting on bottoms as opposed to standing on one leg and lifting other into your clothing. If you have other kids, try to not carry them as much as you can, we instinctively throw a hip out to carry them and that makes your pelvis more unstable. I feel carrying my two year old when I was pregnant with #2, it was NOT good. Ask your doc or look up some pelvic strengthening exercises you can do. Not sure how far along you are but hopefully you are close! You can also look up pubic symphysis disorder to read more on it. Good luck!

Is it your pubic symphysis? Some women's body's make too much relaxin too soon and so your pubic symphysis can separate and click and be really painful. I've had with two my babies and I'm hoping it's not too bad with number three. I don't know all your symptoms and I'm not an OB but I am a labor and delivery RN and the clicking sound you describe reminds me of when I was pregnant with my son and my husband could hear the bones slipping back and forth when I would roll side to side in bed at night.
