They give it to you but I didn't need it. I was up and walking the 2nd day after I had her. They say to rest but honestly the more you walk and stretch the quicker you'll heal! I have been walking a mile at the park everyday with my daugher strapped to my chest or sometimes I'll have her in the stroller depends on how my back feels. :) @sperdue22
You lady bits go back to normal I promise. Lol its just the bleeding and the pelvis bone pain that killed me. I got lucky and I only bled for a week unlike most women who bleed 6-8 weeks. I just wish my tail bone and pelvis bone would stop hurting. That's what stops me from laying on my sides. They also prescribe you pain killers afterwards and during pregnancy. It's not as bad as it seems. It's the contractions that are the hard part. Pushing is the easy part. :) @sperdue22
Omg.... I seen this at my doctors appointment yesterday and I couldn't do nothing but laugh and say I'm never gonna be the same after this..... lolz@bentley_mommy
And the babies head is a lot bigger than a bagel. Lol its been 2 weeks since I had my daugher and my pelvis bone still hurts. I can only lay on my back and stomach still can't lay on my sides :/ @sperdue22
