I'm not sure about premies but doesn't hurt to try. or you can check with her doctor to double check. plus go with your gut. if you think she needs a bit more try it.

try giving her 4oz then. my daughter started to get that much at about a week or so.

@babygluttony, that's true! It's like she wants to eat every 1 1/2 hours like she is starving. I try the pacifier n she gets so fussy that she spits it out. She also poops nearly every diaper so I wonder if she is pooping out what she ate, lol

I give my son 2 oz when he does get fussy and doesn't take the pacifier I'll give him 1 more oz. he is 2 weeks old and he is also premiee

give her a bottle then a pacifier after she eats, if she is still fussy after about an hour then you know she wants more. give her time for her brain to catch up with her stomach. that's what I did if I wasn't sure if my daughter was full or not.

I was still only giving my son 2oz at 1week, not to long after that he went to 4oz. Greedy boy lol
