3 centimeters dilated, 75% effaced. Still have a long day ahead, I hope things start moving more quickly now that they've taken the cervical balloon out 😩

@whitneym, I'm 4 now and they just broke my water and are gonna start pitocin in 45 minutes

@courtneyroberts39, It definitely worked for me!! I was 4 I believe when mine came out and about an hour or two later my water broke then I went to 6 then 9 within another hour!! Good luck mamma 😊😊
