Anybody else experiencing major insomnia???? I can't sleep past 3 to 4 hours at a time.... Ughhh

same here!! I havent had a while night sleep in a while!! I only take naps

I get maybe 4 hours of sleep each night. But I wake up a million times in between and I can't ever fall asleep until almost 1 am even if I am exhausted.😩
