They won't give anything for allergies that young unfortunately. :/

at walmart there is a natural cough medicine put up by a brand called zarbees. it's safe from 2 months of age and up. there is a cough + mucus reducer you can give in that brand. we have used it for my 18 month old since she was about 4 months.
