having really bad pains on left side of back and pain in stomach feel like I'm going to throw up but…

having really bad pains on left side of back and pain in stomach feel like I'm going to throw up but all in all in down right pain. could this be symptoms of dehydration or bad gas? can't figure out what's going on.
