having really bad pains on left side of back and pain in stomach feel like I'm going to throw up but all in all in down right pain. could this be symptoms of dehydration or bad gas? can't figure out what's going on.

I go to bathroom every second and I have round ligament pain all the time
Yesterday I got in a jacuzzi for a hour today I have really bad pain the whole day and the baby has not stopped moving is this bad should I go to the e.r? I'm in a lot of pain
apparently im a crybaby for going to the hospital because i was in pain. pain so bad that all i could do was throw up and cry. my baby's daddy is a real piece of shit.
