My milk came in at 12 weeks and I have been in so much pain. This morning I finally was able to get some relief in a hot shower and massage. They were so painful! Now they are leaking and I can't make them stop. But, the pain has gone down... If only there was a middle ground between being engorged and leaking this early in my pregnancy.
