I have so many questions about the fitness lifestyle through my pregnancy💪🏼💁🏼😍 what's safe what's effective what's not safe?
Safe is to keep your fitness regimen that you are already used to. Nothing more or new unless it's like yoga or swimming. If u weight train or cross fit, may wAnt to ask ur dr because that can be really hard on your body and baby needs to happy and healthy of course. :)
