has anyone ever took ambien or some type of sleeping pill while pregnant ? i just want to be able to sleep and its impossible !! 😕😤😔

My doctor said melatonin. I'll take 2mg, and it's the best sleep I've gotten the entire pregnancy!

I have taken unisom every night since I was 5 weeks. I take it for morning sickness but it is a sleep aid. It is awesome and won't leave you groggy like benadryl
