I just found out from some other moms that apparently you get an internal exam at your 6 week pp check up? I think speculum exams hurt so bad so now I'm dreading my appointment tomorrow 😩

I didn't have an internal exam at my 6 week pp apartment. my doc said said as long as I didn't have any pain or discomfort she didn't need to check.

I hate the speculum too!!! it always pinches. good luck, hope it goes smoothly for you
