yes I stayed dehydrated it was my uterus contracting.

@showersoverflowers, yes for sure! u r right.. after the miscarriage any little thing is scary. good to know about the tightening part of bh. i will be able to tell those apart from other sensations.. i hope these are just growing pains.. feels like a roller coaster ride in there! im constantly analyzing how i'm feeling haha

It sounds like you're just having growing pains though. Grow baby, Grow! All the aches and pains can definitely be scary especially after a loss.

correct!! totally normal! having more than 4 in one hour is reason for concern but more often than not even those are not a big deal. BH do not cause dilation or thinning. Their purpose is just to tone the uterus. If you have any changes in intensity or regularity, call the doc.

yes, when I am having bh I can actually see my tummy tightening. anyone can feel it if they put their hand on my tummy as well. They are annoying but not painful. Gas cramps can be a real scare sometimes! chug that water and put your feet up. if they go away after an hour, you're likely just dehydrated. if you start passing gas...you know hahaha

@glo_, hmm it does feel like gas.. n it does feel like baby is moving too.. ill keep chugging water and i'll call the midwife tomorrow. thnx!

well drink water and plenty of it, they also told me it may be gas thats stuck in ur tummy, but its always safer to go get checked if urworried :)

@showersoverflowers, theyre not painful just weird feeling.. kinda like the cramping after sex kind of feeling. actually i just looked up braxton-hicks.. so youre stomach tightens during them? mine doesn't.. maybe what i'm feeling isn't contractions

yesterday and it was not good. if you are having regular and painful contractions, go get looked at. Braxton Hicks are normal though

@glo_, mine r dull and i feel dehydrated too. but i just feel weird in the belly area and ive been in bed these best few days cuz of a cold

I did, but they said it could of been how i was working and on my feet with no breaks and since i got a loa i havent had any contractions. but mine where little baby ones
