Honestly, it varies. I got the WORST registry freebies from my Babies R Us registry, and a friend of mine said she said a ton of stuff from them. I only got one thing that was like a little clutch type thing with a sample diaper and sample pack of wipes (pampers brand) but from Target I got a load of samples. I got detergent, a bottle, a pacifier, prenatal vitamin gummies, diaper rash ointment, organic samples too, and a bunch of stuff I'm sure I'm forgetting cause there was so much. I was highly impressed with the target one.

I didn't really order any online but my boyfriend's step mom signed up and got me some similac samples even though I was planning on breastfeeding.
