as long as they aren't capsules and you still take the full prescribed amount then I don't see why you couldn't cut them in half if it makes it easier for you to swallow.

you can cut them in half but they taste awful so the faster you can get them down the better

I called the pharmacist @rgaine and they said yeah I can break it half and I tried to break one and I just snapped apart
