today my ped told me my daughter has eczema. anyone know how I can help her with it? how to treat it?

Eczema is triggered by a ph imbalance I. The skin, not just being dry so be careful with products that contain petroleum.

I use era organic cream, I buy it on Amazon. I can't use the oatmeal due to an allergy to it. This is for my adult eczema, but the era organic is safe for babies, too.

I use eucerin.

I use eucerin eczema relief with my son and also a&d when he cracks

@cupcakeangel, i use all this for my daughter. She has it on her legs arms and back and the aveeno really helps her

the lotion doesn't smell that great but it gets the job done as long as you put it on daily.

aveeno makes cream you can put on it. but basically keep it as moisturized as possible. my daughter has it on her back

Aveeno oatmeal lotion and baths are great
