My BP was so high at the doctor today!! 170/90 then it went down to 145/90. When I got home it was down to normal. Thankfully not a drop of protein in my urine so they're just chalking it up to my white coat hypertension. (Not pre-e) .Ugh I'm not handling late pregnancy stress so well 😣

Yup, happens to me all the time. I just try to focus my thoughts on some different stuff, not my blood pressure but some nice memories and just breath deep... I hope your next appointment will go much better and BP will be perfect. 🙏🏻😊 we are almost done so few more doctors' visits and that's it, yeahhhh!

I'm sorry, I completely understand you. I always get to the office and try to relax and just breath... I keep my fingers crossed for you and your little one. Everything will be fine and we are almost done :)

Sorry for the late respond, I just went to see my doctor. Luckily, this time my BP was surpassingly fine. Even the doctor was surprised, same the nurse lol. Mine got high at 36 weeks appointment and they made me monitor my BP three times a day, also had to do 24hours urine test and they checked my urine for protein and checked my blood as well. My fear of doctors always causes troubles ...🙄
I am the same as you! @rubia88 I have to take mine at home twice a day then bring in all the readings. It's always normal at home but I have such anxiety in clinical settings it's crazy!! I get nervous before I even go. I'm not glad you have to deal with it too but it feels good I am not alone. Has yours been high the whole pregnancy? Mine has gotten higher the past few weeks as I get closer
That happened to me at 36 weeks as well! I am really scared of doctors but since then they keep an eye on me and I have to check my blood pressure three times a day. I am now on my way to see my doctor and will see what's gonna happened. My BP is always high at doctor's office because I'm nervous 😰
I'm going to try that. They take it at the end too and it's usually better then but still high. Yes! I have 5 left then hope it stays decent for our c section 🙂 I'm so glad yours was normal that gives me hope!
