@coko, Yes it is, it came with the bravo stroller. When we were at babies r us this past weekend, I saw one similar. It was a different stroller and it had some bright green to it. We got ours from the navy exchange. Buy Buy Baby might have it and if you sign up for their updates and what not they send you a 20% coupon.

Is this carseat by chicco? cause if so thats the color i wanted but babies r us dont have it.They only have red/beige and navy blue/beige @mhaz2012
