so I'm 25.5 weeks, yesterday I was having pains off and on. I woke up at around 1 am today with excruciating pain to the point of crying, was up off and on all night with pains when I got up this morning my boobs have almost doubled in size and still having some pretty horrible pains. its all been in my tummy and back. anyone know what it could be?
