Itchy stitchesss! ugh. how long till they disolve? Also, I was curious how long it might take for my tummy to go back down, or when I can start an actual work out. (she was born on the 26th of February)

you'll have to be cleared by your doctor in order to be able to work out again, so you should talk to them :)
