This is my first pregnancy and it just started this morning...but I'm so out of breath and breathing super heavy...I assume this will be the case the next few months, but is there a way to relieve it at all??

We are on the same thing, and this is my 3rd pregnancy didn't feel this before... 😰

Is it normal for newborns to forget how to breathe or look like they’re having trouble breathing?
It freaks me out.

Same thing happens to me. I feel like I just ran a marathon every time I climb the stairs. I hate it so much!
