has anyone had to use progesterone cream and willing to talk grose side effects???

im doing vaginal cream inserts and having a very unpleasant time. its making me very sore and irritated and dry to the point where the cream is clotting. did u get anything like this? my doctor tested for yeast infection but it came back negative so definitely the cream. talking about options on friday just wondering if this problem was a common side effect
