I truly hate this acid reflux it wakes me up in the middle of the night and I can't get it to go away then my Lil angel wakes up wanting to move and kick and puss on my tummy but mom's what have yall did for acid reflux

I use "picot" i.dont mix it with water like intended, ...supposed to be like alla seltzer. ... but I swallow a pinch and BAM! 5 MINS AND IM GOOD! I had severe acid reflux before pregnancy so imagine now, ...ugh I swear water makes my damn chest burn😔

I took some pepto tablets the other day will that hurt my baby

Pepto is NOT okay to take while pregnant. After 26wks Zantac(Ranitidine) did not work for me. Prilosec(Omeprazole) works well but you have to take one every 24hrs for it to really work. Gotta keep it up, and I still use tums on top of that. But Pepto is on the DO NOT TAKE list.

I went from tums to Zantac and now I take Prilosec. Those were the steps my dr told me to take

I just drank ALOT of Vitamin D or 2% milk!
