@dennisbaby thank you girl and same to you, when B is old enough ti understand I will have her bring her stuff she doesnt wear or play with to a homeless shelter. I believe we are doing the right thing:) but college will always be more important to me than clothes. 😊

@j.echo, that's what I'm saying. like people spend all this money and I'm the first week or two your baby hadnt even wore have the crap they spent all that money on and they are already to big lol. As long as your child is happy and healthy and had what they need them that is all that matters!!!

Exactly. I got a brand new boppy pillow with slipcover for $12. And tons of onsies and other stuff for free. So many people buy a ton of stuff that they never use, and end up passing down to others. None of that is bad. People can judge all they want, but they can always turn around and walk away. My baby has what she needs, and that's the bottom line!

I love my kids so much but I know these hand me downs will not only give them what they need but also teach them to give things to others to and people who are u need. your a great mommy and I know your baby will grow up happy and healthy. @hermommy

agreed girl, to me hand me downs are bad.. I don't chose to use them because we "don't have money" I chose them because why would i buy my daughter brand new clothes when like you Saud they grow out of and stain up in a week.I'd rather put money in a college fund for her. When whatvsge wears matters she will have brand new clothes like school and even when she stops growing so much<3 clothes are clothes thank you for this

Me too!! Some things that I get for free will still have tags on it!!! Non of my hand Me downs had stains or rips and I got them all for free!!! I'm blessed. I just know some people make others feel bad or say there a bad mom just because they don't buy their child new things. I personally think it's smart not to spend crazy amounts of money on things because they are either grow out of them or just stop using them . And I know some things you have to buy new but my point here is to say that nobody is a bad mother if they get things for free or whatever. Already your making sure your child has what they need (new or not)
