So I go for an ultrasound at 7am them the say my cervix is to short. Which means it's opening to soon. So when they give me another ultrasound my daughter is smiling sticking her tongue out at me. And now I'm here until the morning so they can make sure she's not coming early 😩 this little girl is already a handful
Your in my prayers I'm happy your still pulling through. And thank you so much @gypsy.soul2
I don't think said it was gonna work for her though? I just asked her a question lol @mimiz
@jessie0526 bummer on bed rest. I got lucky, I had part of My cervix removed for cervical cancer treatment last year.. my Dr has kept a close eye on me but I did have to quit my job due to its environment.. I hope it all goes well for you dear. I'm 36 weeks and going strong, you're in my thoughts.
For me I stayed in the hospital because I was having mild contractions they gave me magnesium and steroids for the babies lungs incase they wouldn't stop. Luckily they stopped and I was okay they said it was safe to go home and if I had any cramping go back any time I ended up shortening like a cm or two more and to be safe they put a pessary in because the risk of a cerclage is to high water breaking and infections I've been really stable with the pessary and I do everything normally just light work absolutely no lifting heavy no mopping but I can sweep and stuff like that my doctor said bedrest isn't proven scientifically to work either you just have to really take it slow
Bed rest yes, but cerclage there waiting to see if I have any contractions and or my cervix open up any more @gypsy.soul2
no problem!! it'll be ok, your baby is a fighter ! @jessie0526
