I'm having cramps in my lower abdomen right where the baby is..should I be concerned?

how bad are the pains from 1-10 and if u feel concerned u can go to the ER and they will do a sonogram

I mean it's not severe it's just light cramps. But it's the first time I'm having them.

cramping is extremely normal in the first trimester. as long as you have no heavy bleeding or clotting accompanying the cramping, consider it normal. I cramped all the way up to 14 weeks.

It's normal. It's yourself stretching and making room.
