Is it safe to take Benadryl while pregnant? I can't remember and my allergies are acting up so bad I can't handle it anymore.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I took some last night and it helped so much! I took children's tho. These allergies are killing me
