Dove needs your prayers and good thoughts again. For the past two days she's cried incessantly, and has been eating poorly. We just left the after hours clinic. At 3 months (13 weeks 4 days) she only weighs 8lbs 13oz. She's dropped from the 3rd percentile (at 2 months) to the .88 percentile. We're switching reflux meds and adding a thickener to her formula. She'll be seen for a weight check in a week and if we see minimal to no improvement, we'll be referred to the growth and development clinic at children's to evaluate for a possible immune deficiency. I can't bear to think of her suffering any more than she already has in her short life. She's such a sweet girl and I just want to get her well.

Hello.. Praying for your baby.. And little curious.. I have heard similar story about small baby did not grow up as it should be. But there was the reason for it. Her mom lived with her in big city, and didn't go for a walk at least two times per day with her baby. But when she took her to grandmother who lived on sea side in sunny town and baby was on fresh air at least two times few hours,little girl started to feel better and grow up and had good appetite.. I don't know about your lifestyle, but hope can help you with some advise..
Opinions on hungrier baby milk? My girl is drinking well over 30 oz in 24 hours. I tried her with water inbetween feeds but she just won't settle in till she has milk as she's hungry not thirsty. She's awake like 18 hours a day 😭
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. 33 weeks 4 days today !! Had my appointment today for biophysical profile, and growth scan. At 28 weeks, she was in the 31 percentile, weighing 2 pounds and 1 ounce. Now she is in the 17th percentile, weighing 3 pounds and 1 ounce.
