My next appointment is march 29th. I have a 3d ultrasound, and the doctor visit. my manager already made the schedule for that week (she makes them a month and a half ahead and it drives me crazy). I called her and told her I would now need that day off, and she pretty much said I couldn't have it off unless I get someone to cover and nobody can that day. Can she deny me a day off for pregnancy appointments? I'm giving her a 3 weeks notice and she is being a b$@!# about it.

ok I'll do that tomorrow, because I can't miss my appointment, and that's the only day he can get me in that week.
no really cant deny your rights on a day off. especailly if there are appts u need to go too. i would find someone to talk to who is higher the her and talk to them.
If you have a Dr notice you can always go to your HR dept and show them. Especially since you're pregnant they shouldn't deny your time off, especially since you're giving significant notice ahead of time.
