So tired of bullies.... My 1st grader was called a jerk and slapped so hard in the face by a 5th grade kid he has welts…

That even makes me furious! Please go to the school and complain! Especially if the bus driver didn't do anything about it

omg I'm so sorry to hear that happen to him.

I called the principal and his special education teacher.. This kid is in his class but he's a big solid 5th grader.. My son has sensory process disorder.. I'm waiting for the principal to call me back and his teacher is contacting the bus company to figure out the whole story and what happened.. I hope there's cameras on the bus.. If nothing is done by the end of the week I will be contacting the police and presenting these photos..

I am so sorry! that is my biggest fear that someone will bully my kids or my nephew. I wouldn't stop until I got answers because he did not deserve that and no reason is a good reason!

I doubt the school will do anything I would at least call and tell the police what happened cuz if u wait they may not do anything. that makes me sick to my stomach poor lil guy

That 5th graders mom would of been mad at me because I fight kids!!!!! Idc how anyone feels about it I protect my own. That child should have known better than that!!!! You don't mess with anyone smaller than you. I'm so sorry that happened to your son.

@rachaelbutsch, it's really hard to explain.. But basically he's just overly sensitive to surroundings.. Loud rooms give him anxiety, bright lights bother him. When we go to the dentist, eye doctor he has to feel and see every instrument and mostly I have to show him it's safe.. He doesn't like to be watched when he's doing something difficult like math or tying his shoes.. Hes very prompt.. He's gotta know how his day looks when he starts.. If something new happens like say he has to miss art class because of A fire drill it can trigger a meltdown.. He's just a very sensitive very emotional child..

@mommy_of_02, well I later found out the kid that hit him isn't much of a kid himself.. He's got a tough life.. He babysits several nieces, nephews brothers and sisters daily because his "parents" aren't there much because of work or whatever they're doing.. I guess he's been the "in charge" kid since 3rd grade.. I feel bad for him but that doesn't give him the right to smack any child in the face!!
