How many people don't eat cold cut meats? I'm surprised by the amount of people that do. My OB told me not to eat deli meats very often if at all.

I was told by my doctor I can eat them as long as it heated.
My OB also said not to, but i crave subs so bad so I just heat the meat and boars head meat is really good
I did with my first three bit that was 10, 12, &15; years ago. I only eat them when I warm them first with this one. But that "rule" didn't exist back then.
My OB said its controversial but that her office stands by the opinion that it's fine. So I ate it my entire pregnancy.
I ate it with my first 3 pregnancies and my ob didn't say anything about it. I haven't ate them with this pregnancy though
