my wic office is at my local health department, I just went in and told them I wanted to sign up..... I was seen that day and they gave me an appointment and told me what I needed to bring in (proof of address, proof of income, and proof of pregnancy (ultrasound picture, they can also test you there I beleive)) then I was weighed and saw a nurse and was given the coupons that day

You can go to their office & they should have an application for you to fill out & they'll end up sending you a time & date for your your first appointment & what will you have to bring to the appointment @mlees that's how they do it over here idk if it's the same where ever your at
