i did the 3 hour test hated it.

Make sure to fast the night before and u should be good only water after like 7pm just to be sure so u can pass

Yess I did but the night before around 8pm I ate icecream so maybe it was that. @anerruny12

I think it was ice cream has a lot of sugar in it.. Try and eat a healthy meal around 6 ish and then dnt eat nothing sugary after 7
