And I am pretty sure you count how far apart from the beginning of your last one. Like if you start one, it lasts for a good minute to a minute and a half and it starts again in four minutes then they are five minutes apart.

You don't sound dumb. Not everyone knows everything and that's ok. But yes you should start timing how long they are and how far apart they are.

@theemmariefactor, yes they do come and go I'll say about 8 minutes apart Friday I was dilated to a 1
