Sometimes I feel the same way about my Fiancé. I get so excited everytime my baby boy moves and kicks and becomes so visible. But he just doesn't have the same excitement as me. But he is just as excited to become a daddy, as I am a mom. Guess it's different cause we have the bond with baby 100% right now.
