Has anyone felt their water break before? With my 1st Daughter I started getting contractions & they had to break my water at the hospital. I just felt a trickle of liquid come down my legs but I'm not sure if it was pee or not. I'm anxiously waiting til 8 to call my doctor & ask!

They say if you walk around or put a pad on for 20 minutes and if it's soaked then it's fluid and your water broke or cough and if anything comes out then your water broke. But definitely don't wait that long or else you and the baby could catch an infection
@janinee, mine broke last Monday. I had 2 strong contractions and then a small gush in the bed. I thought it was pee too. But as I stood to go check, a large gush came all down my legs and then the contractions sporadically. Good luck to you on your arrival!!!!
Oh yeah girl I would go now and don't wait! You don't have to be having contractions for baby to come. Looks like it is timeeee! Good luck 😍
@babymay2016, I'm still leaking so I'm definitely gonna head to the hospital soon. lol
If it continues leaking like that and doesn't stop, you should definitely just go to the hospital and not wait to call your doctor lol

@simplybrit22, especially like she said. My water broke at 1:44am and I didn't give birth until 10:28 pm. The doctors were so worried about an infection. I had to have my temp check so much, started penicillin and other meds. So please just check. It doesn't hurt to make sure.
