It'll usually come back if you're only 31 weeks. Just watch for leaking that's not urine and mention it at your next apt but you should be okay😊

ive lost mine twice this whole pregnancy and I'm 33 weeks.... it's ok it will possibly come back!!!:)

@kecage, you can loose it and it come back! I wouldn't worry about going into labor. Lots of people regain theirs.
