SICK ADVICE: Ladies, help! My 5 month old son has been sick for 9 days (since Feb. 28). It started with a rough cough, runny nose and congestion/sneezing. We took him to his doctor, they told us he has bronchiolitis. They gave him a nebulizer treatment and we went home. They asked us to come in the following day for a follow up and he was worse, yet they said his lungs sound clear. Another treatment and home.
He didn't have a high temperature, 99.7 this past Thursday and began projectile vomiting 4x in one hour (10pm) and had only eaten 16 oz. for the day (way less than normal). Now he is vomiting straight phlegm. He's still congested, and still has a disgusting cough. He is eating better though.
What would y'all do? Back to the doctor tomorrow and if no difference bring him to the ER? I'm thinking it's more than bronchiolitis.
❤️❤️ Thank you!
your welcome and never care about what others think do what you think is best for your baby ❤☺
Your welcome let us know how hes doing please. ❤️ and remember no one knows your baby better than you do. So if you feel something is wrong, go with ur gut ! Good luck ! ❤️
Thank you. I'm going to take him. As a first time mom I wanted to make sure I wasn't over analyzing what they diagnosed. But as I'm learning- it's never over the top when it comes to your baby. I stopped feeling bad calling 5+ times after hours to his doctor on call after the second time. Thank you ladies! 💗@cierra216 @linnychicken199
I'd take him to the er and your gonna have to demand test on him I has to do it with my friends baby and they were just gonna give him a breathing treatment and send him home until I told them to test him and we find out he has sma so funny leave until you feel like you got all your answers
Id personally take him to a children's hospital. I Hope hes alright ! 💕
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
Religion Conspiracy/Theory
**This is not to bash peoples religion and beliefs but to talk about our own theories and ideas** I would like to discuss a certain topic that came to mind after talking to my SO. I know some of you ladies like a good conspiracy talk so i would like to have a good discussion and hear thoughts of others. So back story my SO friends got very offended when he mentioned not believing in god or religion and it got me thinking. Is religion a failing form of goverment cont...

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...

“You look too young to be a mom!”
Or how about …
“You have a BABY? No! You look like a baby yourself!”👶
Oh wait, here’s a good one …
“Are you the nanny, ooor … ?”
“No, yeah I’m his mom,” I’d reply. “Yes, I am young,” I’d agree.
Considering I got pregnant straight out of college, I was certainly on the younger end of the parenting spectrum. (No one was more surprised than me, I assure you.) And yet, I wasn’t exactly a teen mom. I wasn’t juggling school courses and motherhood, like so many s...
Oh I feel for you! Every thing you described I just went through with my son. I took him to 3 different ERs to just be sent home. I know it's hard and you don't sleep every time you hear him cough it's scary but I'd suggest what children's hospital told me. When the baby sleeps let him/her sleep elevated, they said a car seat but I didn't like that so I used his bouncer, that'll keep the mucus down and out of his nose, a shower steam treatment before the nebulizer and feed him while he is at a 90 degree angle and cut his amount of food in half bc of the virus the baby's belly can't process it all since it is in defense mode. Unfortunately you just have to let it runs its course, I will tell you though you are near the end! It gets worse before getting better. It lasted about 14 days with my son. He still is slightly congested but at least the rest is over. I'll be thinking of you I know what you're going through, it's tough. Hang in there mommy.
