Having really bad cramps. I'm timing them to see if there real contractions or BH. Did BH make anyone else cry they were so bad?

my BH hurt pretty bad, but not enough to cry. if you change positions or what ur doing and they stop , it's BH. If not their real girl!
are BH ever bad if you have two or three within like 10 mins?

No BH? I'm 32 weeks and have not experienced any BH contractions yet......when is a normal time to start getting them?
