I caught a cold some days ago..sneezing, sore throat 😪😥 Hope it does not affect my baby 🙏🏻 Girls, who had the same situation during pregnancy? What did you do? I know that a lot of medicines are dangerous for the baby, but tea with a lemon doesn't help at all 😔

Ugh same boat!!! Sneezing occasional dry cough runny nose, my head feels like a balloon! Ugh😭
@alina_kholodenko, no it doesn't 😊 it just sucks to be pregnant with a cold it feels 10x worse

@alina_kholodenko, went to doc and he gave me a Zpack it's a 5 day and it worked
Sudafed and robitussin are safe during pregnancy and you can use benadryl to help you sleep.
I used mucinex and Tylenol cold n flu extra strength. I took it every 8 hours and started to feel better by the next day.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Ginger is good in tea I'm going through that now uuuggghhh
