i just hold my baby close to a window at sunset for vitamin d, my doctor recommended i do it.

My son's pediatrician recommended it when he was breastfed. It was sold in the baby aisles at target.

If you're breastfeeding, then yes. That's one thing breastmilk is lacking. Formula usually has plenty.
