any moms experience jaundice on their newborns? and how did you do it to help get rid of it..... I'm very worried about…

i took my son out in the Sun for a few minutes a day. his doctor recommended it for him

If your baby is still jaundiced you can take him back to hospital for him to be put under lights if it is that bad if not you can just go out in the sun a few minutes each day every day

my son had it and I just put him in the sunshine :) it helped he was almost put in the UV rays but was fine

Take him outside in the sun. Or if you have him a swing or bouncer when he is napping or just hanging out out him by a window with the blinds open and sun coming in ever chance you get

@cartersmomma16, yes I had him near window today.. I feel blamed cause I stopped taking my vitamins after a while.

@babie_2016, don't blame yourself it's normal a lot of babies end up with it, my baby boy did and I myself forgot to take my vitamins!
