Need to vent for a sec. For the past couple of days my youngest has been running a fever, not sleeping and is absolutely in inconsolable well last night was worst of it so when hubby called on lunch I told him what was going on he asked if I wanted him to come home or stay. I told him it was up to him, long story he came home but when he got up for work he told me he came home for nothing basically because he couldn't fix her and he was going to get yelled at for leaving work. I told him it was his choice. Lesson learned never telling him anything like that again...just handle it on my own. Just so upset because I'm tired of it always being my fault.

Gosh 😔 I'm sorry mama. Sounds like he is just stressed and frustrated and maybe taking that out on you. He had to have known that he wouldn't have been able to "fix" your babes fever. I hope everyone gets to feeling better soon

Only reason I would have had him come is because it was 102 and she was acting like she was hurting in her belly. So I thought she might have ate something she shouldn't have. He is like this a lot lately and I try my best to just avoid any conversation with him except getting him up for work and saying bye. I'm stressed, pregnant and raising two kids without much help since he works nights. I even plan my Ob appts around his schedule so he doesn't have to watch them since we have one vehicle. All I can do is push on for my babies and try my best. @emkasting

Sure sounds like you are taking on more responsibility than he is, at least as far as taking care of the kids go. That's a tough job, especially when they're sick!! I understand having just one vehicle, my dumb ass wrecked my new car in July, a month before I got pregnant. I don't have other kids though so I can't even imagine the stress you must have sometimes. Take a deep breath mama! It'll be okay :)
